You should do the same or you should request your tile contractor to do this so you know the grout color will be what you want.
The efflorescence that Michael is referring to is not efflorescence. In many cases, this fine grout residue is almost a perfect match for the dry color of the grout. Be aware that liquid grout additives can drastically alter the color of the installed grout. I found this out the hard way many years ago. I followed the instructions to the letter when using the additives, I used virtually no water to strike the joints and even still, my grout dried very blotchy.
Never again did I use a grout additive. He needs to pour some of the unmixed grout from the bag onto the floor next to a grout line and compare the color.

As for the grout joints, there is no fix for that, short of demolition. A product like our Grout Refresh would be able to change the color if you want to go that route.
If you decide to remove the grout, it will likely require removing the marble as well. Marble is very soft and has a square edge, that's a tough situation for grout removal. Hi Everyone! Tub to floor - looks like too much grout, maybe cleaning it would help. The sealer added to grout is helpful in cleaning. A better choice would be a more expensive grout like Tru Color or PermaColor. Planning all the details was missing and Execution was okay to poor. Overall it looks pretty good from a distance, but with the errors I question the total install. I'm not convinced a full rip out is needed. It depends on the total of errors and planned repairs. Was proper waterproofing installed?
The current guidelines call for cement board plus a waterproofing membrane. Yes, you will new or additional tile, same die lot if some tile is staying!
If you can't match die lot - all new tile is needed. You may want to bring in a separate certified installer for an outside opinion. When installing tile, you need to know exactly what color grout you want installed and give the contractor the name, brand, and grout number. If you did not provide this info, then you cannot request they fix it. Put some stain on a rag and with a fingertip, push it over the filler aggressively. The solvents in it may dissolve the filler color.
If that doesn't work, lightly sand off the poly and try again. On my screen the pinterest picture looks a slight grapey color. Yours does too except a little more to the blue color. You can get black in any color. One issue I see is that you have the dark vanity. The pinterest has a lighter wood throughout. And the pinterest wood is somewhat yellowish and looks good with the purplish paint. Your dark vanity has some yellow in it too. I'd get some art boards, and buy a few samples of black that have a base color that goes better with your vanity and wall tile.
I like your wall paint with your backsplash I don't like the wall paint with the vanity. I don't like the rug color with your tub wall tile or vanity. I think the tub wall tile and the vanity look good. The backsplash color looks off with the vanity and the wall tile.
